Payment in full for one (1) year = 10% discount, non-refundable
(pay entry fee plus one year's dues)

Automatic deduction from checking account, Master Card or
Visa (Pay entry fee plus two months' dues up front-automatic
deduction begins on third month)

Memberships: Three-month
V.I.P. memberships ($72.00) are available per persons
55 years of age and up who utilize the sports center from
5:00 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
($40 one time entry fee)
Nursery:
Ages 6 weeks to 9 years; hours are posted; for member's
children or grandchildren only.
Cancellation:
Return membership card and fill out blue cancellation form
at the Front Desk before the end of the month - will not
be charged for the following month. |
Membership
rates are based on a one time entry fee as well as monthly dues.
Many clubs base their memberships on the idea that the member
will buy a long-term contract, but use their club for only a short
time. At Belleville Health and Sports Center, we believe we should
earn your loyalty every month. For your convenience, automatic
bank and credit card drafts for monthly dues are used to facilitate
payments and provide savings and convenience for both the club
and its members.
