CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
“55 PLUS” AEROBICS / STEP
A low-level, low impact class designed for seniors or those beginning an exercise program. The aerobic segment is 30 to 35 minutes.
STRETCH
A 45-minute Class, which focuses on stretching all the major muscles in the body to obtain maximum flexibility. Great class for all fitness levels.
STEP
A high intensity workout stepping up and down off varying-height benches. Great for all ages and fitness levels.
HI/LO AEROBICS
This class can be done high impact, low impact, or combine both. It is recommended for all fitness levels and is a great way to cross train.
STRENGTH CIRCUITS
Fast paced strength workout. Focus is on muscular strength and endurance.
AEROBIC PLAY
Cardiovascular workout with the Focus on Play and Fun. A variety of toys (tools) will be used. Great for all levels of Fitness!

Thursday mornings at 8:10AM-9:00AM
TAI CHI
Great for all levels of Fitness. Helps to improve balance, coordination & overall feelings of well-being.
CORE BOARD
This total body workout combines strength, balance, & mind-body coordination in an aerobic interval format. All levels of fitness welcome.

POWER CUT
Weight lifting class, which utilizes Bars, Plates, Dumbbells & other weight lifting tools. This gives the participants the chance to lift heavier weights for maximum muscular strength. Great for all level of fitness.
TRX
Make your body your machine. Each participant with work with their own TRX strap to create a full body workout. Great for all levels of fitness. Additional fee applies.
CARDIO MIX
This high-energy aerobic workout may include Cardio Kick, Core Board, Sports Conditioning moves, and more. Great for all levels of fitness.
SIT-SIZZLE & SWEAT
30 minutes chair aerobic class designed to give you a great cardiovascular workout in a seated position. Lot’s of Fun & Laughter.
ZUMBA
This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy to follow moves. All exercisers from beginner to advanced will enjoy the benefits of Zumba.

TREADMILL CLASS
Class is held in the Cardiovascular Room. Great for all ages and fitness levels.
